How do I use them? Are they complicated? +
Not at all! Take them out of the box, put them in your ears, and adjust the volume to your preference. That's it. No apps, no pairing, no programming required. No buttons, no confusion.
Will they fit comfortably in my ears? +
Yes! We've designed HearWell™ to be as small and comfortable as possible while maintaining good sound quality. They come with multiple ear tip sizes so you can find the perfect fit.
How long does the battery last? +
HearWell™ hearing aids feature rechargeable batteries that last up to 24 hours on a single charge. The portable charging case provides multiple additional charges when you're on the go.
Can I wear them with glasses? +
Absolutely! HearWell™ hearing aids are designed to sit comfortably in your ear, so they don't interfere with glasses. Many of our customers wear glasses and have no issues.
Are they waterproof? +
HearWell™ hearing aids are water-resistant, meaning they can handle sweat and light moisture. However, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or sleeping.
What's included in my order? +
Every HearWell™ order includes: 2 hearing aids (left & right), a portable charging case, multiple ear tip sizes, a cleaning brush, user manual, and customer support.
What if I lose one? Can I buy a replacement? +
